Ann Bradley is a wonderful breeder, her dogs never forget her she has an uncomplicated, unsentimental and totally sensible relationship with her dogs.

How wonderful that Penny won best Irish Terrier puppy in breed.

Ann was delighted to win and writes:

Penny came into my life quite unexpectedly. She was bred by Joyce Gummow and at 8 weeks old went to live with a family member who had an Irish Terrier boy also from Joyce. It was thought that Penny would be a companion for him but it was not meant to be and he was out of his comfort zone with Penny’s playful games.

After 3 weeks of no improvement Penny went back to Joyce who contacted me for another home. Having seen the litter earlier on I remembered Penny had taken my eye – I arranged to see her and so it was she came home with me!

Penny is a delightful character full of personality which at only 10 month old shines through in the show ring endearing herself to all she meets.
